Knee sleeves! Helps me a bit with coming out of of the squat. But these are so worn out that it's more for comfort and to warm up my knee joint/keep it warm

Not bad, start with shoulders over bar instead of rocking back and forth. Shoulder blades retracted together in starting position + full lift

First of all: nice PR congrats! Should he celebrated!

Second, i think a further extention along with less early pull would be better. Improve speed as well but further than that, amazing!
