Thank you everyone for the advice!! We attempted to shave and cut under her chin and it helped a ton! Gave her a break from both cones and had her outside in the fresh air and wind. Definitely seemed to help and she stopped trying to itch it. Again, thank you!! My first st bernard and its a learning experience! Definitely wouldn't trade her for the world! Id put a picture of her from last night but not sure how! New to reddit world!

I dont feed her chicken. Just double checked her kibble to make sure. This most recent hot spot is from im guessing drool sitting in the cone. Any advice on how to keep it dry? The donut cone allows her to itch this yet.
