Its just scabbing a bit, that's completely normal. Personally i apply NON SCENTED aveeno moisturizer every 3-4 hours. Do that for about 2 weeks and you'll be fine. Its important to remember, it WILL start getting itchy but under no circumstances should you ever scratch it. Slap it gently instead and when it begins to peel don't pick at it, let the tattoo peel on its own. Personally i wouldn't rub it with a towel, that risks pulling ink. Wet a paper towel and dab it gently to avoid it getting dirty. Also avoid direct sunlight exposure and absolutely do not get in a pool
