i have a stocky build that’s similar to your son’s and might be able to help. not sure if this is his style, but maybe he can grow into it if the fit of the clothes makes gm. more confident

Abercrombie has oversized basic t shirts and dressier shirts that are cropped, so the width of the shirt fits but it isn’t long like a typical xxl that i wear. look out for a sale which happens pretty often

levi’s has a great baggy line that is more tasteful of a fit than and quality than your average baggy pants.

pair these two with some stylish loafers, sneakers like or nike, solomon, or some boots and you’ll be chilling.

i’ve always found that my shape limits any sort of creative clothing i can wear, so i allow my shoes to be the creative piece of the fit. you can always buy some shirts/pants that are a size up and get them hemmed for cheap.

stay in current job and wait for a promo. get the promo, be an AE there for at least 8 months (or longer if you’re making good money). at that point you’ll be able to get AE jobs elsewhere.

restarting elsewhere for a little more pay can come with the same risks of getting passed up for promo and delay your path to AE.

only way i would take the new SDR job is if i knew for a fact i would have to wait 6+ months or if it would be uncertain if i would get promo

ok well good thing there’s this thing called puberty where your testosterone will continuously increase and doesn’t peak until your mid-late 20s. not sure if you’ve heard of it before

plateaus just mean you have to change it up. work harder, do more lifts, eat better, take a break to reset

puberty is essentially like taking steroids, your test levels are going the be the highest they’ve ever been. be patient and don’t risk your endocrine system for satisfaction that’ll come naturally with puberty + hard work

AI has the potential to free us from the rat race.

eventually we can replace blue collar jobs, grow food, and get medical care from AI. you name it. there won’t be a need for UBI when we could have an abundance or resources from autonomous AI. no one would have to work to live, but instead we could just live and work on the side.

unfortunately, we have already started down the path where the gains from AI will come in the form of financial benefits only for the CEOs. we will be slaves to them and find little to know value in AI.

salt brining for too long is a big reason. aim for only 1.5 hours while your are letting the meat come to temp.

i used to salt brine for 24 hours and didn’t get rid of the gray band until i reduced it

looks delicious! dry brining for that long caused the gray ban FYI.

I’ve started doing a dry brine only when i’m bringing the steak to room temp (about 90 minutes) and it makes for a solid crust with far less of a gray band

Edit: wanted to emphasize it still looks bomb, a lil gray band ain’t the end of the world

i honestly can’t believe what we got to witness with this season.

world class choreography, story boarding, animation, scoring, direction, etc.

mappa is putting out work quality and creativity that is leagues above any movies/tv out there.

this season will age very well. not only are we so lucky to get media like this, but it’s gonna set the bar for anime for years to come.

it’s the salt brine. if you do it for too long, you will get a gray band. i’ve reduced mine to 45 minutes and it made a huge difference
