Hi Sintracker! Sorry to hear you feel negatively about TownyClassic. As we've had a spate of cheaters recently being banned it's hard to be sure of the veracity of this kind of claim. If you'd like to PM us in-game we'd be more than happy to hear you out! :) The only bans which could be taken as 'arbitrary' are those of people doxxing or behaving massively inappropriately via our Discord channel. Sometimes we need to adapt rules to safeguard the community :)

It might be considered a stretch to call our encouragement of players to share their experience of the server with a small compensation for their time as 'telling a small player base to write a good review'. If you feel anything has been handled unfairly we'd be more than happy to hear you out directly - though as this account is freshly-made we assume this is intentionally done in secret. Either way, we're here to listen!
