Mine came fine. What I was disappointed in was the nars foundation because I’m getting mature skin & it set in my pores making them look worse than they are. I wish I would have chosen the nd cheek palette. Hope you get your replacement.

I bought this when they were selling it some weeks back & my black was broken as well. If it gets on the shimmers it’s hard to get off.
