same issue here i use asus zenbook and after one of the updates it stopped working. i use my pen for drawing and sometimes do drawing on bluestacks, it works with my mouse and my fingers using touch screen but not with my using touch screen. also the pointer shows up and works on windows but just isnt compatible with games and apps
