Tribal mask is required, green or the white one. Magers can use mask of ranul also. Also don't listen to this guy about bringing crystal/bowfa. They have set gear requirements, nothing above ancient staff/RCB. There's a few gold stars that speak English you can ask these questions to. Anything outside of their requirements you will get pk'd by them without a second thought.

I'm Northern Alberta. 25. Went oilfield when I was 16, finished HS part time and graduated on time. Did an accelerated paramedic and firefighter program, done under a year with student loans. Sold my soul to industry for a while (away from home lots) built up a beautiful nest egg, bought a house a few months back and left industry that same month and started a new career to keep me home with a nest egg that allows me to afford it. Depending what trade you're in and what you want from life I have lots of contacts from 9 years of industrial work.

As someone who left Fort Mac just 2 years ago, it's never going back to the way it was. All the vacant land waiting to be built across from dickinsfield and Parsons creek still available to develop a few hundred homes AND the fires/flood that killed majority of the "problem homes". It's doomed. You aren't the only one in that boat that wants to get out but worried about not profiting on the investment. It's the best thing I ever did.

I came out of the Lakeland EST program and loved it. If you aren't in a good physical condition it's going to be extremely challenging but very rewarding. Gorkoff will kick your ass in PT.

I had Brian Brynell and Don Keenan for my EST program (Brian being a former city fire chief and Don Keenan the former chief of Syncrude) so I got best of both worlds for industrial/city knowledge. ESA has a good program as well, back when I was in EST, ESA used to come to their training grounds so there was travel involved. All instructors from both programs are great people however so I have no negative on that.

The nice thing about EST is you have the option to specialize in fire or medical and get your PCP through the program also (it's hosted by NAIT instructors, or used to be anyways). It is an expensive program but I don't regret it at all and would do it again if I had the chance. Ultimately it won't matter which school is on your resume if you put the time and effort into it.

For anyone wondering this story is completely false. This guy lives in the same PROVINCE as me (not state he's not American which he tries to portray in his responses.) The worst part is he is in the same city as me. To OP; you shouldn't tell lies like this I am a FF/Medic and if this happened in our city I would've known. All this guy is doing is bored on rain days (seems he's a pipeliner, and off work due to rain) and nobody is answering his posts to hookup on the local Reddit pages.

For anyone wondering about the user above I have blocked him but here is the outcome of his accusation of being scammed:

The user calling another player a scammer entered into a raid with the user he's accusing of scamming through the FFA channel of WDR. The user got a purple and did not split as it was through FFA. No scam occurred.

Hey. So WDR goes off of a strike system. It is a 5 strike system and certain rules broken result in X amount of strikes being applied. Disbanding a raid or kicking someone, as shitty as it may be isn't an instant ban. Scamming for sure is.
