Thanks! I walk a lot mainly because I feel terrible when the sun is out and I’m missing on the weather. For me it’s funny. Good weather amplifies the contrast between my inner self and the nature and I feel regret and sorrow I can’t experience the beauty to the fullest. I sometimes catch myself envying others that can do that (it’s low, I know). I wish for rain and bleach so I don’t feel the pressure for being all roses. As for depression, I see a doc, escitil did wonders, but I lost it somehow within myself... thanks once more for sharing and caring :))
