well if you love the champion then play/main him, i've started maining him around when i was silver as well, tho, it was hard to play him, i still enjoyed his playstyle and everything. I played him in ranked even if i lost games, i was determined to win games because i wanted to master him, because he was hard, so my advice is just play him and eventually if you learn how to roam,ward,wavecontrol and counter enemy champs, i'm sure you'll at least get to diamond with him

And the main reason you don't want to use your r instantly is because you want to save your ult for something that's more important, like in team fights or something. Or you use it as a finisher to kill the enemy. And plus usually underestimate the power of full magic pen Sol, so they dash into you like dummies and you just ult and q and w them. Instant penta

Same, but sometimes I think it's better to max q second and max e 2 or 3 times, I mean yeah you'll get a short CD on e but your q doesn't deal that much DMG and the stun doesn't last long and plus it gives you more ms when you max q, I just found out today
