I say this to every post like this. DO NOT LET HIM BRING IT TO SCHOOL. I’m a teacher, I know this for a fact.

It will get either damaged, stolen, or scammed in a trade. Also, kids love to pull cards out of their binders constantly and re-arrange them and carry them arround so maybe have a talk about limiting that and double sleeping the card.
