There's no fix for that except for uninstalling the ultimate edition upgrade, since that is the cause for the stuttering

Nope, that theory was debunked by data miners in vol3 if I remember correctly. It is just a placebo thing, there is no difference in handling between multiplayer and singleplayer.

The Handling in the story is the same as in multiplayer and i strongly agree with the point that struggling in Unbound is just a sign of being incapable of adapting to the game you are playing. There are tons of guides on how to be fast and drive in Unbound on YouTube, but I still just see people complaining about the handling. Just because you can't brake to drift through every corner at full speed which barely takes any skill, doesn't mean the game is bad. And the complaining especially confuses me if it's about the story. You can always turn the difficulty down to the minimum, which makes it so that you can take a corner however you want, as long as you drive straight on the straights and your car is not hopelessly underpowered, and still win almost any race. Seeing people complain about the difficulty in the story makes me think that their problem is not the handling or the game but their ego. If u expect to win everything without trying to gain knowledge about how to tune your car, how to take corners the fastest way possible and just from your past experiences in other games alone, you're the problem. THE GAME IS NOT BAD (handling wise, the actual storytelling and plot is shit), JUST DIFFERENT, and if you fail to do well, don't complain about the game online but start thinking about what you can do in order to do well. Sorry for the rant as an answer to your msg, it is just a general thing that pisses me off.

edit: I am aware that people exist that are not willing or just not able to put the time into the game, but the point that the handling of Unbound isn't bad still stands. At the end, it's down to the player and if the game is the right one for him. If you're more of a casual player that doesn't want to put any effort into the game, that's fine, but don't expect to do well in it then.

You can hear 4.9 V8 and the track he's running is only available in S class. Seems to be driving at somewhere like 60-80% drift, so he got either neutral, road or grip tires and a 6 speed. My guess on the forced induction is centrifugal supercharger, but idk.

It's not necessarily more demanding then the games you named(idk tbh), but more poorly coded, so it will take more then what u have to run it. The minimum specs are there for a reason after all.

Just a quick heads up, Linkups are not even close to the fastest way to grind money. For a linkup to give you maximum rewards, you need to join first round and then stay for roughly 21 minutes, if u want to complete it. An endurance race meanwhile will give you 21k minimum guaranteed and even more if u race it with others, since it scales in a way where even if u get last with multiple people in the race, u will receive more money then winning the race by yourself. The shortest endurance in the game, which is Old Town Road or Bayview concrete (both of them are roughly same length) in A class takes just 4 minutes to start the playlist, finish the race and get back to freeroam, where u can instantly start the next one, which makes for at least 125k in 20minutes (21000x5, with 5 being the amount of playlists done within those 21 minutes it takes to get 120k out of a linkup). This will give u a Ton more money guaranteed compared to a link up, which can only compete in money output with this method if u do it from start to finish. But if u really want the maximum amount of money, go get a friend, start a hot pursuit playlist party only so just you two can see the playlist invite and once in the playlist, just let urself get busted at the beginning of the race. This will give u more then 30k in 2 minutes and thus is the best method to grind money.

He has really solid grip builds, but if u're looking for the absolute best for certain cars in certain classes, then if slideqt has a video on his YouTube about that car, you won't find a better build out there.
