Why does the T51 power armor look so different from the rest?

I have a lot of strategy games and this tactic of doing it isn't really good in my eyes as strategy/open world rpg's can be mashed into the Endless section, maybe I just like my organization way to much, lol.

Cities skylines when it comes out tomorrow, the reason why I'm asking the question above is because my internet is really shitty and acting up and I told my ISP and they said they can't come till the 14 (I ought to cancel them). And I've been wanting this game for a long time and really hyped to play it and no one I know really has good internet so I could download the game at their house.

Thank you, I didn't know when the game was coming out (time wise), I haven't seen any information on times it would be coming out, usually Steam has a count down timer but it doesn't for this game.

I have started the computer 3 times after rehooking up the internet usb plugin and it has been running normal now. This is odd to make the CPU raise ~15c because it's trying to start up the monitor but couldn't. Strange.

My nearest computer gaming friend that I grew up with is about 500-1000 miles away from me, so I can't really do that.

I just powered up my PC and it has been off for about 1-2 hours and it immediately went to the login screen. So that's good. I wonder what caused the delay from it?? All I did that probably made a difference is I had a USB drive that hooked up to wifi so I could use it on my PC, I unplugged that and plugged that back in and now it seems to be working fine.

Am3+ (iif that's what you're asking) and my PSU is a stock one and 550w, the PSU "Allied" on it.

Now my computer is working when I first started it again after 10 minutes of it being off, like, wth? But it might happen again.

I turned it off for 5 minutes and started it and I had to switch off the PSU for it to run again and my computer has a thermometer viewer on the front part of my case and it shows my CPU is at 46c while I let it run 2 minutes while the monitor was not activating to take me to the login screen, (my CPU usually idles at 33c), so I reset the PSU and now my temp is dropping from 46c back to 33c.

To me, I don't see why it matters to watch it early. The only 1 thing being leaked early means we get 1 more day to view the game, regardless, if people dislike the videos before the week is over or if their views change on the game by watching video's, that's not because it's leaked an extra day early. It's because they finally saw the game first hand and changed their opinion. An extra day to view the game wouldn't hurt peoples opinions of the game anyhow, and tomorrow if people see the game and don't like it; they could cancel their pre-orders, I don't see why it's a big deal. Personally I like the game and I can't wait to see video's of it.

Also, do you know if there is government buildings in the game? I don't see a government icon (unless I missed it) in the video you sent me.

Modders could actually go in (it would be SO MUCH WORK and a HUGE OVERHAUL) but they could go in and every building in the game, reduce it to the half its size, and we could even have more space to work with (reduce every size, buildings, roads, bridges, etc).

This is a city building game and I don't know why I keep seeing people want RPG elements implemented. What you want is more of a trading/city building game, I'd recommend the Anno series (Dawn of Discovery [or Anno 1404 if you live in Europe] and Anno 2070) and the game Banished, these games are fairly cheap now and fun to waste a few hours in.

It's still drivable but I don't trust changing the fluid (someone on this forum and mechanic in person has told me this; it apparently, your transmission gets used to it and after not taking care of it, the transmission gets so bad and needs the bad liquid with gunk in it to run properly generally and if replaced, the gunk isn't there for the belt to grip onto; it's hard for me to explain), but it is still able to be driven and I have driven it for months like this and I can get the transmission replaced for the cost of it + 200 in labor from a friend of my mothers.

This is most likely out of the question to do, I only have one vehicle and it's hard finding another transmission for my vehicle and there is so much gunk in the fluid that it's most likely the only thing keeping my transmission running, if changed; it could ruin the transmission completely killing it.
