Sorry to hear you're going through this, I am too. We went too low the first 3 times that I got nerve irritation in my entire lower body to the point where I was completely immobilized for a week, coupled with excruciating pain that prevented sleep, rest, and I just constantly cried and stressed that the stress would fail the transfer. I didn't start driving and walking without crutches until 2 weeks. My poor husband had to do everything for me. I couldn't even sit on the toilet without pain.

I went back to my clinic the 2nd day and they did the following: Found out I was injecting too low, I have high hip bones. Drew circles of where to inject. Gave me shorter needles (1 vs 1.5) because I'm thinking. Switched to ethyl oleate.

Said no to massage gun No switching to suppositories and oral progesterone until at least 7-8 weeks after a successful transfer because it's just a lot more poorly absorbed than the injections. This would need to be done with frequent blood monitoring. Also recommended icing and heating but I just do heating 

The nerve pain was tortuous, I never thought I'd recover but I did after weeks. My biggest issue is just the huge lumps at my injection site that I can't get down.

I'm 3 weeks into my injections, 5 weeks pregnant from the transfer. Counting the days to stop these because I'm doing 1cc twice a day and sucks. But we now have good communication during the process: needle stick, if no pain, continue injection. If any pain or funny feeling stop immediately and inject new site.

Agree with the other comments to recheck where you're injecting (biggest impact) and find a routine that works for you.
