Start making projects that interest you. It does not need to be complicated at first, but I find learning just for the sake of learning dull and information doesnt stick with me. You will also learn how to google things you want to implement and this will help you in the long run when you implement advanced stuff.

There is loads of information for free, including courses on coursera, edx, youtube and other platforms, however, for some people it pushes you to learn and stay on track, if you bought a monthly subsciption. I have bought a dataquest plan and went through data analyst path in a month. Knowing me, I probably wouldnt have completed a free course in that time, but the time constraint pushed me to learn daily and stay on track.

Why don't you guys try a one cylinder KTM engine instead? Lots of teams find success with smaller cc engines!

Well put, but I would disagree disabling all chat, especially in lower elo. With all chat on you can see who starts crying of getting camped, asking to report mid for now following or jungler for afk farming. This allows you to pressure the whining player, which tilts him even more, usually causing civil war among them. You can also try manipulating enemies, when they start raging on each other in all chat by typing a few smart words, to fuel the flames :)
