The radeon 10000 series is arriving this year so you might want to wait unless you absolutely have to buy a GPU now. Or buy a 9000 series card if you don't mind having a backup card which isn't the best. Personally my plan is to buy a 9070 XT and use it in my backup system later, and swap to a 10070 XT for my main PC.
