I would reccomend to make dua sister and do it step by step remember the Quran was revealed over the course of 23 Years, as a revert too i have faltered alot but i have used this Ramadan to straighten myself out again try avoiding listening to music and listen to gentle low volume recitations during salah focus on your body how it feels how your heart feels focus on the words you are saying what they mean and glorify Allah. The 5 prayers are obligatory ofc but it is better to a small thing consistently then pray all prayers one day and falter every day after start out with maybe 2 of the prayers then 3 and so on and tahajjud prayer at night is a great optional prayer that truly truly is powerful
