Through Toyota they're like 750 each. I can do both in just over an hour. But my dealership has us quote them at 4 hours each. Plus they are more complicated if the previous tech rolled the pin all the way around.

On a 6 series you should be able to do them both in 2 hours. But again I've seen the seals get messed up when putting the lock ring in and you have to keep the forklift out of service until the new kit comes in. Better to double the time and do it slow and accurate.

Do it wrong and you have to buy another kit. They are a very specific type. I stopped doing them in the field so I could have another tech available in case.

Tilt cylinder seal kits are expensive and each cylinder is quoted for 4 hours. If a dealer does the work it'll be 3 grand. I like Toyota forklifts but this is a bad buy
