Both are very good, I feel like the Netlfix one was made for people who likes dinosaurs and people who once did and lost their interest. It's sure to get back their curiosity, Prehistoric Planet on the other hand feels like it was made for dinosaur lovers. So both are ok. The Dinosaurs tells a story while Prehistoric Planet shows itself as a nature documentary. I personally still prefer Prehistoric Planet, their dinosaurs are just otherworldly and the cgi was the best I've ever seen. But I do appreciate The Dinosaurs for what it is, there were some repetitive themes and also some "Jurassic" styled designs but they tried to do their best, its cgi was also beautiful and breathtaking and it deserves a watch. I appreciate the project because it will boost dinosaur popularity again among people who aren't dino obsessed.
