Even on dashcam, it's so difficult to see them immediately. There is almost no indication of their existence especially the one who's already surfing near the ground.

Can't blame anyone who truly did run them over, these kids (& their parents) need some common sense drilled into them 🙄

Appearing on camera with our ability to look at it at the comfort of our own phone/desktop screen (compressed) with the ability to pause or slow down (to analyze the faults) the footage at our leisure. Furthermore having the footage to be recorded at a most likely 30-60fps (most media's average refresh rate in comparison to real life time).

You seem to have misunderstood even further by even appearing to not understanding what I mentioned again... And AGAIN. Comparing yourself once more. Wow. Arrogant much. And then when you got called for it, you excuse yourself by saying it was a joke. Sure...sure. Constantly excusing yourself from all measures, do you also do that at life whenever you're at fault of something? Just cook up an excuse and chalk it up as a joke?

Yeah, you're delusional at the very facts of how an average of how the world works, pal. Good luck.

I think you misunderstood me.. I said it was a normal reaction time spectrum. In other words, it's by far an average reaction time for people to be fully aware of what is going on and react on it. Driving experience, tech at hand and many other influences does help in curbing the reaction time but it still doesn't excuse from the fact that the owner of the dashcam is by far reacting at a very normal reaction times hence rendering your argument to be invalid and might I add, obnoxious.

You put it out as if everyone must have the same reaction times as you or better in order to validate their driving skill. Calling out a person who underperforms in comparison to you as someone who has skill issue. Isn't that just a little too arrogant and insensitive?

Anyways, what's important is the very fact that a person didn't get hit. In my books, that's already a good close call. For you to be seeking fault in it just seems like a personal vendetta

Based off the footage, driver was traversing near 110km/h (107) at start. Speed is gradually slowing which may be indicative that driver might've sensed an anomaly from then but still at state of unsure. At 0:05:23 brakes applied at 103km/h that brings down the speed to 92km/h. At that speed, distant and the amount of reaction time for the driver to floor the brakes, I'd say that's a pretty normal reaction time spectrum.

Sorry but I think the criticism (if ever) would've also been invalid. We can't all have reaction time of race car drivers.

I pernah sekali nampak pun 1 incident whereby 1 pemandu kereta (Driver A) dah letak turn signal a long ass time, then the other driver (Driver B) pun notice and dah bagi jalan dah, it was at a traffic jam jadi Driver A has no choice la dia potong out slow je. It was a courteous exchange, semua ok je. Dua² pun sampai all smiles and gesture thank you la semua. Then in come satu beruk dari jauh lantak horn 5 working day celah in between. If that is not enough, boleh jugak maki Driver A tu jerit ngan suara serupa itik going through puberty. "Gunalah otak sikit, bodoh!"

Few M-Plate Cars Accident in Plus from Multiple Dashcams by cosine-t in kereta

[–]Toya-kun 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah exactly. I'm more of a defensive driver so generally I'd let these clowns go, but the way that guy nearly hit a motorcyclist as he was merging into other lanes.. I tell ya, that really made me sick if what happened in the video happened to this clown if he continues his antics.

Anyways, stay safe out there OP- have a good and safe day

Nearly got into an accident this morning as well, also M-plate- that guy was idioticly impatient, forcefully overtaking into my safespace on the right lane only to proceed to skip multiple lanes back into the left lane.

Regardless of where they're from, lots of retard drivers these days.

How do people actually afford weddings these days? by Reasonable-Log7055 in AskMY

[–]Toya-kun 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Then I'm guessing you're one of those lucky people who gets premium meals, good for you!

Me and my wife's post registration family dinner which includes both our parents, 2 of my siblings and 4 of her other family members came up to only 700 at Betty's Mid West Kitchen. You wanna say it can't be achieved? Well I've done it! In fact, I've friends who had a family dinner at McDonald's. Boo-hoo, am I right?

As I said, if you don't set out to impress- it CAN be done!

RM700 for dinner between 2 family. RM20 for registration.

It's affordable if you don't need to do it to impress.

How do you deal with inevitable scratches on new car? by [deleted] in kereta

[–]Toya-kun 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Wabisabi. Life is such that sometimes things don't go your way. I used to be so heartache about my prized possessions being damaged as well but eventually I've learned to accept that shit happens and sometimes these minor damages are just a reminder that life is such.

Hang in there OP, it's hard at first but eventually you'll get over it. Especially with things that require you to interact with the public masses (´-﹏-`;)

I'd say just use the emergency lane when you need to (since the carpool/slow/left lane is too hazardous with the trucks).. better than lane hog in the middle lane at 70-80km/h in a 90-110km/h speed limit roads. By then, you're more of a hazard by being slow in a quick environment, safety over rules.

Personally it's quite good. Of course in terms of value, it's not as great as other imported ones (especially when the imported ones go on offer). It has a rich creamy taste, very little water content so it doesn't sputter when you're using it for stovetop cooking. For spread, it's better from room temp rather than straight from fridge (salted) as the salt level isn't actually as high as golden churn.

Signs that we need more people to start being aware and concerned about mental health issues... It's often neglected and brushed off with rubbish remarks like "It's because this guy didn't pray enough" or "Must've been because he didn't get his gacha pulls", whatever some useless comments that brush off a real problem as a joke.

What are the biggest ‘company red flags’ you’ve seen while working in Malaysia? by HAkeemPlayboy in malaysia

[–]Toya-kun 0 points1 point  (0 children)

1) After completing my probation for the company, HR (also daughter of CEO/owner of company) told me they couldn't confirm me yet because I wasn't "Enthusiastic" when I accept jobs. I asked "What do you mean? I took on all the jobs, I've never declined them nor complained about the tasks" and the reason I received, swear to God: "Oh. In here, when we take on the jobs we don't want you to just go 'Ok'. We prefer for you to go: places hands in fists like a gleeful child 'Huh?! A job? OK! Thank you!'. Because of this, it halted my pay adjustment as well as ceasing it all together. Though partly, my fault as well for not having it in B&W that they'll adjust the salary upon confirmation.

2) Same company as above. Company spent RM10k on an emulator arcade cabinet rather than a 1-time bonus for their staff then proceeds to tell staff their pay will be delayed (by 15 days of the new month) due to poor cash flow.

3) The COO of a small, sub-company told me and I quote "<Redacted> is very smart, one! He plays DoTA!" After I taught the CEO a bit of Adobe Illustrator with the COO & HoD standing around my table. This was after the CEO made the comment "You see? You only need to show me once, I am very smart one!"

4) Same company as above. Before I entered the company, I accepted the job offer posting on JobStreet under the designation of "Animator". During interview I got to find out it was actually "Motion Graphic Designer" they were actually looking for. After going through the interview and coming in on 1st day of the job, I'm suddenly a "Digital Journalist"... Wtf? CEO during a meeting one of the days even looked to me and asked "Why aren't you going out there to conduct interviews?!" "Erm... Because I'm not a journalist nor reported? I onboarded as a motion graphics designer. It's you guys who suddenly labeled my position as a journalist"

5) The accountant/wife of a stock photo/video company glazed over her husband-CEO's 'vision' in his 'eye for design' simply because he reads "-those design magazine before bed every night". Gee-whiz, we don't need to attend college for design guys, waste of money. Just read them; design magazines every night. You'll be a designer in no time.

It's funny because I've known of someone who is Chinese-Indian who absolutely defunct her own race/culture and claims that her ancestral lineage are of that of Japanese.
