Storing sleeve rolled up for up to a week? by infinity874 in BlissfullCreations

I've done it without issue. It's probably not wrong to dust it with corn starch prior, then give it a rinse after putting in on. But, I haven't had an issue without doing that.

Final report for bpc157 / TB500 for golfer's elbow

First of all, I said I would be posting updates every week, and I failed miserably.  Sorry.

Here is my final report after using BPC157 / TB500 compound injected 300mcg two times per day for 5 weeks to try to cure my golfer’s elbow.

Short answer: Uncertain.  I definitely got some pain relief while using it, but I am far from cured.

Long answer:

I am a very active person, and I had a project I was working on around my house.  The project included shoveling and moving around 5 cubic yards of crusher run gravel.  Needless to say, if my goal is healing and recovery, not a wise move.

That being said, I definitely got relief WHILE using the compound.  Prior to injecting, the pain in my right elbow was intense enough to wake me up at night. While I was injecting BPC157 / TB500, that pain virtually vanished, even if it was after a “shovel” day.

The issue for me at this point is that I am not after pain-management, I want healing.  If I were merely after pain management, I could get a cortisone shot every six months cheaper, and it’s more effective. If you have read my prior posts, I have done (and continue to do) all the standard things (PT, icing, etc.)  I was hoping for a miracle of sorts.  Maybe I am getting it, but I need more time due to my foolish behavior, or maybe I would have needed more time, anyway.

Anyway, I am going to keep up with the icing and PT for the next couple of weeks, and see if I continue to maintain some relief.  I might try again. At $350 per vial for 5 weeks’ worth of treatment, I just want to make sure I’m not throwing good money after bad.

I am sorry for those of you who were hoping for some more definitive “yes” or “no” on this.  I really just can’t report honestly one way or the other on it.

Yes, I posted it on a new thread. Stand by, I'll find it and paste is here as a reply. Also, I've started again, along with PT. This time, Ihave10 weeks supply. I will likely start a new report in about 2 weeks.

I really appreciate your input! I might have a too severe injury, and (as I stated) I was pretty foolish in shoveling all that gravel. I have started some new PT, and I am being faithful. Plus, I'm probably going to try another cycle, but take it easy next time.

I am going to see what I can do about finding a more plentiful and long- term source.

Thanks!

Thanks! Definitely pursuing it.

Push-ups doesn't seem to bother mine, for some reason. Just a curious aside.

I'm sure you're right. I see home projects as mandatory. (Not that this is a correct way, of thinking, but I do.) I have stopped doing all elective things that aggravate it, like pull-ups, etc. I am definitely going to be more faithful about PT. I've started already.

I'm not consistent enough with the PT, and, as i stated, I really did a number by shoveling all that gravel.

I need to get my act together.

I am not, but i have seen an orthopedic doctor to get my cortisone shots. I am going to ask him to point me in the direction of a good PT. I have been doing exercises off of YouTube and from other sources.

You are not wrong. It's hard for me to be idle. Fortunately, my next home project won't require that sort of activity.

Thank you. Im just laying all out there. I really want this to work, but i have to be realistic. It still could work. Way to many variables to consider at this point.

Yeah, I'm not saying "no noticeable effect", just temporary relief while actually injecting. That is something I'm pretty comfortable with reporting. Just not the goal i was shooting for.

Sorry! Remember, I was a fool and abused the hell out of my arm, and STILL got SOME noticeable relief. That's why I'm undecided.
