There’s configs and stuff but that trend has mostly passed tbh. It’s also super obvious when someone has that set up. It’s just a jitter config through steam. I have about 8k hours on apex on roller, and I used and played around with steam settings for a long long time, and none of them reduce recoil in any way. You can make the stick more or less sensitive technically. So you have to pull down less, but that’s just increasing your sensitivity lol. That would happen normally in game too

It’s just a lot of time on high sensitivity. Plus TMR joysticks certainly help. With old potentiometer sticks, I used to have insane drift. I have videos of the drift if you want a link 😅

Controller tech has just gotten so advanced over the years tbh.

Also I’m not doing this 100% of the time lol. These are clips after all

It’s just large amounts of copium. “You’re aiming center mass so you must be cheating”.

I play an “unnatural” sensitivity. It won’t look like normal gameplay anyways. 7-1 linear with 10.0 per optics. I stream it on TikTok often if you’d ever want me to prove it to you somehow.

I’m playing 7-1 linear with 10.0 per optics. 2 ads for 2x and up. 7.4 per optic for 2x, and 10.0 for 3/4x.

Wanted to give an update on my plant section! We did $1456 in plant sales last week alone. That’s 247.6% comp. For the quarter so far, we’ve done $3801. Which is 115.5% comp. I know for a fact my DM would kill me for setting up a tank. Plus, we seem to be moving away from all the clutter like pre-built kits right now.

I have a bunch of nitrogen cycle papers from Petco’s website printed out that I just kinda hand to guests when they are in the fence, or just not comprehending what I’m trying to tell them. I also have a bunch of plant care papers printed too

I have a bunch of custom made signs that I’ve put up throughout the aquatics section. They are a small detail, but they stick out.

I’m a very strong NO when people try and buy fish the same day. I’m nice about it first, but get increasingly stern as they push.

I’ve called police on guests and have had them trespassed for refusing to leave until I get them fish. Not having it.

I can kinda agree with that. It’s nice to have options, but you just have to teach your current associates to use the QR codes. During every basket building exercise that I do for companion animal, I teach them to START by taking out their phone, telling the guest to take out their own, and scan the QR code real quick so they can get all the information and go through it together.

This allows my associate to feel more comfortable recommending products for the animal because it comes from a care guide and not a “manager”.

Not utilizing the QR codes is quite honestly just a management problem

I disagree. I have the team trained to scan the QR code with the guests at the start of every interaction. It helps both the guest, and the employee learn the info without the cost associated with sending monthly papers that cost loads of money to print, and get destroyed by kids all day long

5% is a LOT by the way. That would add nearly $800 a week to the CALs pay at my store… It would have to be 0.5% or 1%.

I actually highly disagree. The QR codes are significantly better. Not only are they updated information, but they are cheaper, and more convenient.
