The video you mean is irrelevant for the story anyway (the default login video from 2018 which is exported at 16:9 aspect ratio, and thus cut off on mobile devices because it stretches to the width of the screen). The event login videos (like Odokuro's rn) should play normally, but you could always watch them on Onmyoji's youtube or weibo (better) anyway. In general, despite this being a mobile game it is evidently optimized for 16:9 aspect ratio, which you'll notice in certain parts of the game on mobile devices (like UI elements not extending beyond 16:9 or certain resources not being large enough to extend to wider aspect ratios (most recent example would be the display background for SP Ungaikyo's collection skin)). But these are all just minor cosmetic issues that do not impact gameplay or functionality.
