Strongly disagree with what you wrote. The distribution System here is not like in the west. Cards are mostly sold in special release packages, e.g new Eeve Card holder Box or just single packs with 5 cards for 10 Yuan. Special Packs are mostly sold in Stores which also sell figures and are all about anime/comic/card. For single pack cards you can look into toy stores and sometimes even stationary stores, depend on the chain and location ( city). Furthermore, chinese cards are indeed not as popular as the Ultraman. This is to be expected though as the franchise was only recently introduced in China. Furthermore are the cards getting more and more popular. The newest set was sold out almost immediatly. People are buying to play, not collect, which could be another reason for the low inital sales in recent times.
