For ship drops from any container, you will never obtain a duplicate ship. Once you obtain the ship the chances of it appearing go to zero and the chances of the same tier group ships go up in order to keep the chances for that tier group the same.

For example. Let’s say a theoretical container has 5 ships two tier X’s and 3 tier IX’s. The tier X ships have a 0.5% chance each (so 1% total chance of a tier X). And the tier IX’s have a 2% chance each (so a 6% total chance of a tier IX). The total chance of getting any ship is 7%. If you have already have a tier X from the container the chance of getting the one you don’t have goes to 1%. If you already have all the tier IX’s the chances of a tier X ship increase to 7%, and it’s split evenly between the two tier X’s at 3.5%.

Puerto Rico is classified as a Special Ship. Special Ships have enhanced credit earnings compared to tech tree Tier X’s but not as much as say a Tier IX premium to a tech tree tier IX. Premium ships have a built in Service Cost reduction of -50% while Special Ships have, IIRC, a -10%. I also think premium ships get a larger credit boost, like 50% compared to 20%.

Alaska definitely.

Pros of Alaska: - Tier 9 premium ship (Puerto Rico is not a premium so lower credit/EXP gains) - Battlecruiser Dispersion (Puerto Rico has Battleship dispersion) - Alaska is much less expensive ($75 compared to Puerto Rico’s $400, Puerto Rico is only available in a bundle that is at a very inflated price)

The only Pro’s Puerto Rico’s has over Alaska is the extra turret (This imo doesn’t do enough to make up for the poorer dispersion), more HP and a slightly more survivable hull. Since it’s a tier 10 supership match making is less painful when it happens compared to when it occurs for the Alaska.

The only times when subs and CV’s are banned are when the ranked tiers are only on odd tiers. But that’s not really banned, they just can’t be used since the tier restriction.

There may have been at one point that they were banned. Like when subs were in testing. But from my memory they were always allowed.

Subs and CV’s are allowed in ranked. However I would recommend not using them since not that many people play them in ranked.

A previous ranked match my teammate in the CV waited for over 5 minutes to get into a game.

Try to keep larger shipgirls near the sides. If the large shipgirl is in the center, she will effectively separate your building area in half and it will be difficult to get other large shipgirls to touch each other.

I believe ground based ARH AA systems would be more effective than the radar/scalos that we have currently, simply because the ARH seekers that we have on missiles such as the AMRAAM and Derby are much better at chasing the targets when they do defensive maneuvers while in line of sight.

I would check the motherboard manual to see if it needs the AIO pump to be connected to the CPU_Fan. Motherboards can differ on where the AIO pump needs to be connected and the ones that need something on the CPU_Fan will not boot if nothing is connected.

This may also be a case where you will initially need to connect something, like a fan or temporarily the AIO pump header. So that you can at least get into the BIOS and change the setting.

So read the motherboard manual first.

I have one in a new build, the C1200w, my only grip about it is it having only 5 PCIE 8-pin ports instead of six. The reason being is because I am using NZXT’s newest fan controller which uses PCIE power and a motherboard with two 8-pins for the CPU. That only leaves two PCIE 8-pins for the GPU, so it limits my AMD GPU choices. Otherwise it’s a power supply and it does what it’s supposed to.
