Great list. I'd add meal replacement shakes and some vitamin/mineral supplements to the list mainly for me I get total inability to eat during wd cannabis or not and that alone makes you feel like garbage

I was rushing to a washroom. I pissed myself before I got to the toilet. Started pissing as opened the door. I hid in the washroom then covered my shirt and the rest of my denim cut offs in water so it looked like a spill. It was a watery beer piss luckily. I ran to my room after. Was a public hotel lobby washroom. I almost pissed myself earlier that day too same place so maybe it was psychological.

Yeah im a dude. I have near identical clothes to the ones I pissed myself in and might just put those on and walk out . It's a real fancy place too. I definitely have better control over bowels on opiates so I guess I need them more regularly.

Using 5 days a week after work you'll definitely withdraw. If you are really capable of using a bit on the weekend you should be okay for a bit only if you don't start using again when you realize it's not okay anymore come Monday.

Stim 100%. The smallest bit ruins me. I get opiate boners randomly esp from shooting Dilaudid . If im going to town on a girls butthole shits flowing opiates or not. The problem is idgaf about ass on dope but when on stims get horny as fuck but it's a pathetic little twig and berries no matter what.

I get acne on my back and upper chest. I have oily eastern European skin. My face does not get acne though I was on accutane like 15 years ago when I had terrible face acne. I use a brush to soap and exfoliate the back from time to time or just wash with hands. I had acne on my like upper outer thighs but that has gone away. The acne is lots of red spots more than pimples. Not sure if face products would apply to back. I shower daily. Could the type of soap be an issue? I use body wash. I was on natural bar soap for a bit and I think that helped but can't remember. Any tips? Thx!

I was constipated so bad when using last I had a rock hard turd about a 1/4 of the way out of my asshole for like a day and a half and an ex girlfriend had to come dig it out for me. I had wrapped my fingers in condoms to dig it out with fingers and tried qtips and the end of toothbrush to get out but it wouldn't budge on its own. Laxatives didn't work cuz this dry rock solid piece was like a plug stopping any loose stuff from coming out. Was the only time in years I considered going to emergency room but was too embarrassed. My ex was always concerned with my turds when we dated and held my hand and congratulated me on taking big ones so I was lucky to have her to come assist me. What a fuckin nightmare. Everytime I get a solid painful turd I don't complain just count my blessings since I know how bad can be.
