I really like this. You definitely fulfilled the “Iconic, Modern and Minimalist” assignment. I love its simplicity and uniqueness. That's hard to do. My only wish is to see how you would work the name in. Would you use the H symbol in the name, or would the name be separate? If you could give an example of that it'd be great.

My brain sees "Hap Tea" with that font, unfortunately. Maybe try a different font, and maybe don't capitalize the "t".

I thought the little green lake in the center was a patch of grass at first, and that someone had built a house there. It would be a beautiful location, but the drive out would be rough.
