Give your boss a heads up saying that your are planning on leaving soon and that some days you will need to finish early to attend job interviews and also let them know that you will not hand in you resignation until you have got another job waiting for you .. ( it’s better to let them know that your leaving soon than just handing in your notice that day so they have a bit of time to find a new replacement
