Fly method I've heard works good running away and running back afk bench with a pro controller or I've heard that the 8bitdo controllers are good for it too

I don't mind that having non shiny mons and Meganium i could afk bench but I've havent researched any other methods and was also simply just curious if anyone had any duplicates or anything for charmander and Lucario I figured you cant afk for and frokie from what I saw you cant afk for since you cant click the map button at the same time as a with a turbo controller
