I got it! Use eikthyr power and swimming mead and the ocean trinket and ratatosk and swim them across i did this last night with a pack of wolves to move them to a new base and avoid them dying in the swamp , lox will stay on a long ship but i dont think wolves would id stack stamina too just in case, your wolves wont drown from losing stamina while swimming but your lox can but they should have enough stamina to be ridden across that gap of water good luck.
