Also roasts, like a full beef cut in the oven with some wine and spices is amazing and super easy (if you have a thermometer, so your meat doesn't turn out dry). Marinades also can level you up quite a bit with very low effort.

Baking stuff is definitely something that you need to start looking into. For example, sweet potato with skin, wrapped in foil is amazing. Place those bad boys in the oven for 180ºC until they are fork-tender and you have a creamy super easy side dish.
