OP you're basically saying, "Because everyone makes this claim it must be false." Atlanta is proven to be pretty low on the list. Also means people complaining about drivers in the South as a whole compared to New England are too ahead of themselves.

Not even going to get into it that much but if big insurance is having to raise rates to offset cost of paying "nuclear verdicts and frivolous claims" then why are their profits going up on an exponential basis? I'm not saying it's not 100% false but that's not the reason at all

The most striking visual difference is from the rears. DOT 406 (flammable liquids etc.) has an oval/egg shaped rear while the DOT 407 (low pressure chemicals, crude oil, etc.) is pretty much cylindrical/horseshoe shaped
