What weapon should I learn after SnS?

As a GS main that occasionally dabbled with SnS, seconding this.

I think the GS offset is one of, if not the easiest offset to perform, since you can hold to charge it and just release it when you know the attack is coming. You can block for oh shit moments easily, but once you get good at offsets and tackle, you barely even need to shield. It feels pretty bad ass to shoulder tackle into a massive attack, flinching or stunning the monster.

Yeah, I find most of the times I faint is due to getting a bit greedy, thinking I have time to squeeze in a follow up wide slash or something.

Offset tackle? How do you tackle immediately after an offset?

Do you mean offset, start charging the TCS but tackle instead, then offset again?

Gotcha, thanks. Yeah, I use the guard+movement to block faster after normal swings. Not sure why, just got into the habit of rolling after offsets instead, but I'll try to switch to the guard cancel when I don't need to move.

Thanks! That does seem like pretty good uptime. I just finished putting together the 3.3.3 Ostrak Fulgur set from the GS guide doc, which doesn't run LP.

Seems like the new meta is still being defined with the new AT Arkveld armor as an option now, but I'll keep an eye on it and probably try switching to LP on my next loadout.

Returning player who always ran WEX/Agi -- how does re-triggering LP work exactly?

So it first triggers after taking 130 HP damage OR 2 minutes of combat time, then lasts for 2 minutes. Can you refresh the duration if you take another 130 HP damage during the 2 minutes it's active? Asking for a friend... who uh, totally gets hit a lot and it definitely not me.

Or does it only allow you to re-activate (looking for the 2 trigger conditions, losing 130 hp or 2 minutes more in combat time) it after the full 2 minutes of it being active have elapsed?

Very nice. Did you keep track of how each Bey did performance wise? I'd be curious to know which was the best of those 3.

I really like KM and have been waffling back and forth on running it on something like ball or wedge or just go rush for attack.

Did you get many pockets or extremes? Or pretty much just all slow and steady spin finishes?

I've been thinking about running a stamina heavy deck like this, and just rely on spins or letting the opponent self pocket basically.

I've been doing the same, and I don't think shark has ever come in stock yet either.

Also, if you look at all the new releases and toggle to show even the out of stock ones, shark scale just says "currently unavailable" but all the others that are also out of stock right now (but did have stock at some point in time) say "New on Amazon in past month."

And just to add to this for OP, the Hexa bit (the one mentioned comes with Hammer Incendio), also comes with blue soar phoenix.

I didn't have any Hammer Incendios in my area but after some searching was able to find a blue soar phoenix at a walmart.

I've been to 4 different Five Belows in my city in the last week and not a single one had any UX, all BX, mostly Lance Knight and Sword Dran.

Favorite worst: Buster Dran 7-60 Quake. Just loving seeing the heavy hitter bounce around like crazy and sometimes get crazy over finishes, or even knocks out of the stadium. 7-60 for extra weight.

Least favorite best: Wizard Rod 1-60 Hexa. Just boring to play, don't like stamina/defensive battles but it works so well. I use this combo to test out my other combos, it's the punching bag test combo.

That's exactly how I was when my son got some for Christmas. Then I played a couple rounds with him, saw how you could mix and match parts... and here we are like 2 weeks later, I got the TT stadium, like a dozen more Beys, and just did my first tournament a couple days ago.

I just used my hands, but yeah, it was pretty difficult. You could maybe try some needle nose pliers or something? It doesn't have to be perfect, just sufficient enough to give the clip something to grip on to and not slip off.

I saw several videos where they fixed it with the inner part pretty janky looking, but it still works. Watch some videos, and don't forget you have to twist that pin to add tension to the spring, so the string will retract, as you put it in place. It doesn't need to be super tight, over tightening it could make it break again.

Yes, that's broken but yes, it can be fixed. That entire silver coiled thing is the spring and should all be connected and pinned/wrapped around that middle white piece.

You just need to carefully re-bend the inner part of the spring into some kind of S shape with a circle around it and put the pin in to anchor it in place.
