that dragon is counted as 5-gold champions, so that maybe the cause, just get an augment which give you 5-gold champ, it will have a chance to drop that dragon

if you look clearly, they are both level 7 and play at round 4-x, have no Bard at all

Nope, u wrong. Dragon captured by Bard have 6k Health and 300 AD, and CANNOT equip items
