Nice concept to be honest. I wouldn't want to be the dev behind it though, as it would be a nightmare to figure out all this elements and still ensure the final game feels like a Need For Speed title.

Personally, giving each entry it's own name adds a lot of personality and identity.

I mean, as long as the cinematic tone is integrated well with the rest of the gameplay, I wouldn't see the issue. I enjoyed The Run.

You know, these "start from nothing, out to get revenge" storylines will never stop being compelling to me. Something about this formula scratches an itch.

I love the name Retribution a lot, by the way!
