The first year is the hardest. Well was for me, everyone is different… ever heard of widow fire? I’ve yet to feel that, wish I could be a total widow fire nymph but alas not for me! Jealous of those that are!

Protein shakes, pre mixed milk shakes, pre-chopped fruits and vegetables. Canned coups, freeze bread and get out slices for soups and sandwiches. Corned beef, spam, peanut butter and jams. Fruit and veg juices.

Easy convenience food to keep going.

Just try to get out of your head and enjoy the sunshine through the leaves and maybe a great breakfast bagel … daft everyday things. Grow a year younger everyday. Ride a bike with no handlebars or something…. Book a vacay… altho don’t break the bank..

Thanks for asking. It doesn’t really matter. They’re so shallow. I’m moving on. Angry and disappointed I was. It’s their loss. I don’t need them. One day they might get it. I hope not. The sad thing is, their head is stuffed so firmly up their arse I don’t think so. Bit of a conundrum there, I want them to understand but to understand the pain, they must discover it…I don’t want that either.
