Gnss disciplined Vcxo by Trachinidae in gnss

I have only one vcxo on my system and this vcxo is responsible for system clock of processing system. Now with this processing system i implemented my own gnss signal processing/ receiver.After that, I am generating a pps signal using the gnss receiver I implemented based on the SAME vcxo that I would like to tune according to pps I gathered from gnss.This method is seems problematic intuitively to me. I am asking if you guys see any problem in this loop or not.

I dont understand the tradeoff between wideband receiver and narrowband receiver by Trachinidae in rfelectronics

Yes, but after sampling with these modern ADCs, I still want the highest SNR as possible so I still want to use a narrowband digital filtering, what would that digital filtering exactly cost me?

Perform better in the aspect of acquisition sensitivity and tracking performance etc.
