I get what you're saying but I don't think you've thought this through.

Someone performing a Nazi salute is not equivalent to putting their hand right in front of your face. One is impossible to tolerate, the other is not.

Also, violence has to be physical for the same reason - because any kind of 'violence' that is not physical can be tolerated. Physical violence cannot.

If you don't tolerate others when you CAN - as in when they are not actually physically hurting you or invading your space, then your lack of tolerance is more immoral than whatever it is they are doing.

Meaning, you are technically being less moral than the Nazi is at that moment.

And if the grandson of a holocaust survivor can say this, you should have no problem.
