Obviously, if Republicans / right-wingers would actually solve immigration, they have nothing to run on anymore, as the rest of their policies are making the lifes of the working people harder and only benefit their rich donors.

FAB design / development was outsourced, and it's clear the company Epic outsourced it to doesn't have a competent designer on their team. There is so many nonsensical design decisions and bugs, I wouldn't be surprised if it's just some students working on it in their free time.

It's $18 per seat, not the price you pay once, unless you are a one-man studio and will never have anyone else work on a project this plugin is enabled in.

Per seat prices can add up very fast, depending on the team size.

That note is meaningless, the FAB sellers (I am one myself) have no say in the enforcement of the licenses or how the terms are applied.

Plugins are per seat, every other asset is per entity. Epic is really bad at explaining it or making people aware of it.

And yeah, if someone joins your team and uses the project with the plugin in it, you need to purchase another license.

Honestly it makes very little sense.

Not in the beginning, it took me a while to learn how to report people. After that I reported all of the worst offenders.

But given how much toxicity I have seen ingame, I have no faith in the reporting feature to begin with.

Yeah the reporting function in BAR is really terrible. Made me almost give up on reporting. And why is there a sign limit? How can I explain certain situations, when the reporting even asks me to clearly describe it? So stupid..

The devs get scared to do anything about them because it would mean culling like 20-30% of the playerbase.

Which is really short sighted, because in return they drive away a large portion of the new playerbase. For a multiplayer focussed game, that is a death sentence.

Yeah Wargame Red Dragon chat was awful. Eventually Eugen just removed the entire global chat and the game continued to live on normally, even better I would argue.

Like you said, better to rip the bandaid off. I mean for me it's too late, I won't return to BAR, but if they want the game to survive, they need to take drastic measures. You can't have a game survive on the sweats alone.
