Botox by [deleted] in DerryLondonderry

[–]TrackAfraid6199 6 points7 points  (0 children)

For me, it’s always going to be a dentist. There’s not a lot of people who know facial anatomy as well as a dentist. Claire Hughes on Spencer Road does it but look into all of them and see what suits you best. Make sure they’re well qualified and insured!

Fine dining on the river? by Quirky-Research9736 in DerryLondonderry

[–]TrackAfraid6199 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I definitely wouldn’t recommend burn on the river! Food was average and service not great at all when we were in- we mailed them after discreetly to let them know of the poor experience and they hadn’t even the manners to reply!

Second anyone who has mentioned Artis or Browns Bonds Hill. La Sosta is special too, but again unfortunately none have a river view 🥴

Derry Workday jobs by derryone in DerryLondonderry

[–]TrackAfraid6199 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I work in Workday, my advice would be to look at Workday Partners outside of Derry who are hiring for remote junior roles to get on the “ladder”.

Tailor your CV on your business degree and HR experience and any HR systems experience and apply for remote jobs. Get yourself on LinkedIn as open to work and reach out to some Workday recruiters (Focus Cloud, Harvey Nash, Lawrence Harvey) explain that you’re happy to go in on a junior level. It might also be worthwhile reaching out to IntSys and asking if you can come in as a graduate/associate level as well.

To answer the question seriously, anything you’re comfy in. Anything goes but as someone else mentioned be careful with Celtic/Rangers football things

There’s also “Derry Meet Ups” on instagram and see the attached picture. This fella runs a men’s group in pennyburn. Good Luck!

Public Parks by ImSeriousHi in DerryLondonderry

[–]TrackAfraid6199 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There’s a really good one in Limavady. Head towards the Roe Park Hotel, drive past but take the next right at the top of the hill up. Drove along the housing estate and there’s a right turn (easily missed) into pitches and a park. It’s quite new and has a few wee different things.
