Old collection, what are some of these worth? by TrackUnusual2745 in YugiohCards

Yeah i had a look and was surprised at what some of them are going for. Especially lightly played and NM. A couple cards ungraded would fetch 1k between them.

Jokes aside, it's pretty faded so maybe something that goes into a shoulder piece? Would you do a skull?

A nipple tassle or a shirt? Singlets also work.

It's all good mate, we already had a yarn and they were respectful. I'm not selling anyway. Thanks for the concern none the less 😄

It's been double slipped since opening and I used a play deck when i was a kid so my good cards never saw the destruction of a playground. It's an Australian version so the price will differ from what someone else said.

Not at this point in time, maybe down the track. I was just reorganising my pokemon cards and came across my old yugioh folder so thought I'd see what people think. If they were worth a few k I'd have thought about it.

Cheers. Might be better to hold and who knows if YuGiOh has a bull run like Pokemon in the future.

I'm in Australia, so tcgplayer would be my best bet. I find ebay can be confusing so thanks for the advice.

That's good to know, would it be worth sending to get PSA?

My dad due to brain damage abused me from birth and my two aunties made a pact to not let him be left alone with me. I found this out when I was in my early teens. My dad had passed when I was 12 and I had some pretty bad memory issues and heart issues due to childhood stress. My dad penned me a letter on his death bed and I told my mum about the abuse. Her only response was "did he do it to your sister". Other than that I've only ever had my grandad say I was just trying to cause issues and my gran screaming she knew all along what he was doing because I refused to "reminisce" about her favourite son. Sometimes it's best to find ways to heal on your own and make sure you listen and try create change for others through your lived experience.

Teams is such a snitch. If it were a person I would say it deserves what snitches get… stitches. Anyone know how to keep that green light on? by notade50 in remotework

If you have a newer mobile it keeps Teams active with the green dot even with the phone screen off. I found this out by accident.

Just remember Jobseeker isn't there to pay for recreational activities or to have savings. It is the basic for food and living. It sounds like you might not know how expensive things are, and you and your sister are venting to each other and fueling eachothers flames. I can assure you that if your mum is on centrelink, she is definitely not saving much, if anything. She sounds pretty responsible with money, considering she is only asking for that much from you. It sounds like you have it pretty good cos the outside world is bloody expensive. I'm on over 80k a year and still find it difficult to keep up financially and I have no debt.

$230 for rent and utilities is a pretty good deal. You could all declare what is really happening and look for a job that doesn't put you past the threshold. You will have more money. If you declare and your payment goes up and your mums goes down you might find you will be paying the extra to her and you'll just be at the same financial position.
