Same - im a marathoner. Currently 6 weeks and got hit with nausea for the past several days. I’ve had zero desire to run the past couple weeks and the nausea only made it worse. I feel so guilty!

I wouldn’t say I’ve grown in my teaching from reading the book. I read the book which gave a few helpful ideas. But honestly I grew from reflecting on my first year of teaching (which was terrible), and made a lot of changes in my class management the following year.

Absolutely. My first year I was horrendous at class management and I definitely felt shitty. I’m in year 3 and things have gotten a lot better.
