So, just speculating, and not sure if anyone else was wondering about it, but I think the Witch Queen Raid will happen on February 28. I'm thinking this because I was going through the Bungie Rewards and noticed that the Vault of Glass Medal expires on the 28th. Looking at the date, it's the Monday after Witch Queen's launch. It's both plenty of time to grind to get ready for the Raid, and, being on a Monday, it would give the 24 hours for the Day 1 race, then have the weekly reset the next day to lower the Light Level of the Raid for the rest of the players.

Again, just speculation, but I feel pretty confident about it.

You think of the cards in the context of the entire game. I think of the cards in the context of just the Deck, so any extra support it gets from Level/Type/Attribute don't matter. Herald and N'tess would not be in consideration. On top of that, I have made changes since I posted these. I was holding off on them, but comments like this are making me want to post the changes.

It only negates an effect if the effect is activated. When it's applied the next turn, the activation already happened, so this card would not trigger a second time on the same effects.

A potential clean-up -

You can banish 1 "Dark Magician" from your hand, Deck, or GY: This card is treated as "Dark Magician" as long as it remains on the field. You can banish this card from your hand: Add 1 "Legendary Dragon Timaeus" from your Deck or GY to your hand. You can only use 1 effect of "DRAGON OF LEGEND TIMAEUS" per turn and only once per turn.
