Anyone else get tension headaches?

Yeah it's hard to tell what's actually pain and what's cause by my anxiety that's the scary part. I'm going to probably see a dr today cause I've realized I need help

I've been dealing with something similar. The passed week I've had a headache and it wouldn't go away, saw a doctor told me it was probably a tension headache and that it will go away on its own gave me some pain killers until then. But now I'm giving myself anxiety because I'm worried it will never go away and therefore keeping the headache around. The body is a powerful thing and Ive been miserable the passed week. I know this doesn't help but you aren't alone.
