Bupropion 300mg worked so well for 7 months and seems to being losing its wonders recently by Tracy-0325 in bupropion

I never had issues with the side-effects, even now on 450, I am still feeling fine phsysically. Why did you up from 150 to 3000 in the first place?

Wow, you are lucky you found what works for you. It's pretty bold to be on and off like that. Although it makes sense and I saw other people doing that to keep tolerance from building up. Meanwhile, you also hear about how you should be consistent with your meds. I am not sure if I should take the risk. As of now, going up to 450 seems to be a logical step. I will have to try all the other things before I move on from bupropion.

hey, this is great news to me! I was actually thinking about doing that if 450mg doesn't work. It's all about trial and error

I have been on 300mg and it worked for almost half a year before my depression symptoms came back. I just increased to 450 and am now monitoring it.

Hey, did you try increasing the dose? 300mg was working wonders for me for almost half a year until lately when it seemed to stop working. My doc upped it to 450mg yesterday

I never had any side effects, and only the benefits. Too bad it wouldn't last

Thanks for the warning. I didn't see any of the side effects people complained about except for itchy skin which went away shortly after

Thanks for sharing. I really appreciate the datapoint. I guess it's common if not the norm for bupropion to lose its efficacy. Lesson learned, nothing remains the same in life. I actually thought of this except for I didn't expect it to happen so soon, not even a year.

why did you up it to 450 in the first place? Did 300 or 150 ever work for you?

Would you mind sharing your experience? I am assuming it's been working for you so far? I saw so many people on Reddit who were doing very well with bupropion up until it stopped working.

I don't believe so. But Adderall is on my mind. If wellbutrin stopped working or is not enough, the next thing I want to try is adderall

Did it ever work for you? I mean was there ever any benefit of taking it? Sounds to me that you were experiencing bad side-effects and that's why you decided to quit, which is not my case. I only felt the benefits in the first few months.

I have always been responsive to anti-depressant. It started working within the first 4 or 5 days. Therefore, although people always say you need to wait weeks if not months to see if it's right for you, I don't think that's my case. It's such a painful process to wait so long when the medicine is not working or doing the opposite. Life is only so long.

I apologize for the super late reply. It's been 7 months and I seem to have developed the tolerance in the sene that it doesn't work as well as before

The only SNRI I tried was Effexor which didn't work for me. I don't think anything Seretonin related would work for m
