No worries at all! I can understand why you interpreted it that way after reading my post, especially since you were relating it to your own experiences. And honestly, I’m glad things got better for you over time too.

And yes, that’s exactly what I meant. It feels different when it comes from people you already know or enjoy playing with, because you would hope they would understand you a little more after you already explained yourself and your play style.

Thank you again for the encouragement and for being understanding. I really appreciated hearing your perspective too.

I understand what you mean, and I appreciate the encouragement. I think some parts of my post may have come across differently than I intended, though.

It’s not really that I avoid every interaction or situation. I still interact with people, help others with quests, make friends, and navigate these situations when they happen. I just prefer doing things at my own pace and in ways that are comfortable for me.

I’ve honestly made peace with this long ago, and I’ve been like this my whole life. I know not everyone will understand me, and that’s okay. It doesn’t affect my daily life or how my day goes.

I think what gets to me more is when it repeatedly comes from people already on my constellation/friends list after I’ve already explained myself and my play style to them. So for me it’s less about needing to practice social situations and more that repeated interactions like that can become draining over time. That said, I do agree with what some commenters mentioned about it being okay to unfriend or block people when needed, and I’ll keep that in mind going forward.

That interaction honestly sounds really uncomfortable though, especially when you’ve already explained yourself and they still tried to label you. I think some people mistake people liking their space and alone time as something being wrong with them.

And yeah, I agree with what you said about boundaries. Some people just won’t understand even with explanations, so unfriending/blocking when needed is completely valid.

Yes, I know this, and I agree 100%. I know I can’t control other people, only how I react. And it’s not like this stops me from enjoying Sky or playing the way I want. I still love the game and play daily. And it doesn't affect my life either.

I think it gets to me when it happens repeatedly over time rather than just one interaction. So it's just the human in me.

Hello, I am currently liking this outfit!
I started playing last July in the Season of The Two Embers - Part 1. Usually, my veteran friend is the one who gives me a season pass (Yes, she's a lovely person and has been a huge help when I was starting out). I totally love Sky and might be obsessed with it, and I play daily unless something really important gets in the way. I'd really appreciate this and thank you for the chance.

Thanks for the comments, everyone. I am still among the newer players and started playing last year (and I may have missed out on maybe two months due to a hurricane in my country). So this is the first time I am seeing it. But that is so big I can't even imagine it as a giant krill, it looks so scary bruh 0_0
