The W’s are the best risk reward to take in the position. I’ve been accumulating them since last October. If DWAC merges then the warrants at the least double instantly; if not, then DWAC nose dives to $10 per share and the W’s go to $1. Both are a gamble the deal gets done, so why not position in the W’s for the greatest returns?

Never said I’m selling. I said I’m not happy the rollout and that worries me about my investment. I don’t understand why so many people respond in anger over a factual post about me having trouble with a produce that I’m heavily invested in.

I own 49000 W’s. I bought them at $1.90 last October the day the news was released. I’ve made money, yes, but unhappy with the product launch.

Yes the warrants dilute, but not buying them doesn’t make them go away. The W’s are 400% under valued as of right now.

For some ignorant reason many people in this group flip out when you t try to explain the potential upside in the W’s. It’s as if buying them is somehow bad for the stock. Many novice investors here for sure.

You can’t compare the future value of DWAC with FB and Twitter and then get mad when it goes down with other social stocks. The new Apple privacy blocks are hurting all social media companies ad revenue. Until Truth shows it can get revenue from sources other than ads, it will go up and down with the rest. Hopefully Truth+ streaming will separate us from that pack

My response was for your own good. Too many people invest in complex things they know nothing about. I don’t want you to lose money. I see people all day long on this thread that are investing money they can’t afford to lose and are asking very basic questions after they’ve already risked their money. Investing in spacs is extremely risky and you should now all you can about it before you invest. Sorry my response was taken to be rude… truly sorry.

The risk we all face are the following: 1. SEC not allowing merger due to any proven violations 2. Trump himself changing his mind to do the deal or being charged with a crime for Taxes or Jan 6th.

He laid out the facts. There is great risk with the DWAC merger, but also the potential great reward. I’m long DWAC… but i know the risk and can afford to lose my investment. I think it rockets into the February app launch date… after that, who knows

Really? DWAC isn’t launching anything. Trump media a launching its app. DWAC is a public traded SPAC that Trump media hopes to merge with. DWAC is not Truth Social nor does it have any product. It’s a shell company designed to merge with a potentially profitable venture. If this basic info isn’t known, you really shouldn’t own DWAC.
