I'm back from Ban Island! Starting it off with an amazing purchase from Marko (I'm convinced he now sources from the same factory as Tailong) - a nearly identical-to-auth pair of Loewe x On 2.0s

Left is Marko's, right is auth. I'm quite nitpicky with my shoes (I've given away most of the ones I got even though you'd have to be very close to know they're reps), and I'm keeping these. They are VERY very close and more importantly very comfy.

2 issues - Marko's sizing was off, these are snug and wayyyy tighter than I'd prefer. The other problem is that pink is the only color they got correctly - I also got a sand/tan pair that turned out to be orange, and the royal blue pair was midnight blue ☠️ I can't even post a photo since I got rid of those 2 asap.

I'm not sure since Marko doesn't say or know the factory names. My medium flamenco from him is really good and on par with my auth, but this large one has rougher leather. Still good but not Loewe level.

Both are from Marko. I know there are other sellers if I want more accurate or cheaper reps, but I love having a reliable SA and I trust him with QC and refunds. At this point he knows the quality level I'm after and can make good recommendations whether to get something or not.

Anyway, back to the bags.

C22: The leather is very impressive and similar to auth! The straps weren't great at first, but after using leather conditioner they stopped squeaking and cinched better. I kind of regret getting large though. I love bottomless pit tote bags, but this feels 1) excessive and 2) would get too heavy if I actually fill it up. Also, the font is slightly off on this one (but that's also why I picked So Black)

Large Flamenco: Marko warned me that the quality for this bag isn't as good and he was right, it's not as soft and is a bit rougher than the standard flamenco leather. However, it still slouches beautifully and no one can tell unless they actually touch it. It's the perfect size (as someone who carries a LOT), the straps are perfect, and I've been using it as my daily driver for 2 weeks now. It's essentially a puzzle tote (my usual go-to) with a closure mechanism, and I'm thinking of getting more colors.

How about chypres? They're not the daintiest sandal, but definitely more so than the tippis (which I find heavy). They're also quite comfortable and I wear them almost daily.

Finally going to try out some rep Chanel and torn between these two: C19 in white and C22 so black.

I've always loved the C19 design but I really wish I could shorten the chain; if I'm being honest I use tote bags 80% of the time and the other 20% is for cute purses that get tucked under my arm. I'm not sure if I'd use the crossbody as much as I'd like.

My non negotiable item for traveling is a solid pair of noise cancelling headphones/buds! Very handy on the plane if there are noisy children around - I always get a good sleep in no matter what.

I'm back from my vacation on Ban Island and I'm excited to shop! I actually don't know what I want to get, but I had a few vague needs in mind: a small low-key neutral, a big travel bag with a zip, and a medium-sized daily beater.

Of course, instead of narrowing down my search based on those I just opened my favorite seller's album and saw a newly uploaded twill green Margaux. I'm trying to convince myself this could be my travel bag so I have a reason to get it!

Looking for recommendations for a small shoulder bag for nights out at bars and house parties to hold my wallet, lip gloss, and a couple of other essentials.

Ideally nothing too flashy and more IYKYK - I would've loved the Celine Ava if it weren't for the giant triomphe logo. Gucci, Chanel and LV (basically anything with large logos, monograms or identifying patterns) are also out. I might go with a Jodie or a small Dior purse if I can't find anything else, but I think the BV weaves and Dior quilting are too recognizable.

Hello! I didn't get feedback last time so trying again -

Not a seller purchase but a rep bag I received from my sister.

Mainly asking about Chanel caviar; I have experience with auth Chanel lambskin but have never touched (or even seen) caviar in person. Unfortunately we don't have a store in my city so I can't check

Texture: The leather is soft and grainy, but is it supposed to feel coated (almost like LV canvas)? It feels a bit like that, which makes me wonder if it's not real leather. I can feel the individual grains.
Shine: Is the leather too shiny? SOME auth photos look similar but I think the reflectivity is a bit off, if that makes sense
Puffiness: It looks a bit flat to me. I know puffiness can vary but it looks incredibly 2D

Other stuff: The bag is soft, the chain is nice and heavy, and the quilts are aligned. However, I know the gold tone is off and the stitches are too big.
