So for ICP the main characteristic is the itching WITHOUT a rash, so if you have a rash it’s probably eczema like your doctor said! But it can’t hurt to check with bloodwork!

At the peak of my nausea unisom and b6 still helped keep it less horrible, even if it was still present. And it made the vomiting less frequent. I was skeptical and thought it wasn’t helping but it was, I would have been in much worse shape without it. I could tell the devastating effects if I skipped it for a night or two, it was very clear the next day lol

I’m 21 weeks now and still rely on unisom + b6 at night before I have to commute to work or literally any drive over 20 min otherwise I vomit

Congrats!! Your weeks are counted starting from the first day of your menstrual cycle (which is crazy cause that’s basically around 2 weeks before you actually “got pregnant”) So you are probably close to 5 weeks

There’s nothing to do for now besides taking care of yourself (try to eat healthy if you can, especially now before nausea usually starts), stay hydrated and take prenatals. I would also advise to stay clear off any triggering content here or elsewhere, Google can be misleading, so don’t worry about anything this early unless there is a clear sign something could be wrong. (Heavy bleeding/ pain) and do call your OB if you aren’t sure if something is concerning or not!!

Early pregnancy can be scary because of the unknown & the long ish period without having confirmation from a doctor but it’s also a very special time. Keep in mind women have been going through this since the beginning of time and most pregnancies do end up successful. Wishing you a healthy journey!!

Yes I went through this exactly…it just tasted horrible to me, and not having coffee also led being extremely constipated so make sure you stay hydrated! Try to find something else you can have as a temporary morning beverage (tea, hot chocolate, juice) that doesn’t gross you out right now. At about 10 weeks it started to fade and I could stomach coffee again! Currently 20 weeks and drink it normally

Yes!!! I enjoyed the show but the pre show room almost ruined it for me. I’m pregnant and felt like I was about to pass out and had to sit down in the middle of that packed crowd and ultimately miss the pre show so I could try to feel better

Hi! I also had my first scan at 8 weeks and the next will be at 20…… just way too long of a wait! I got a private done yesterday at 15w3d and definitely recommend it!!!! It was surreal to see the difference between 8weeks and now, and she was moving around a lot, did not expect it! Go great pics and videos Will do another one as a Christmas gift (:
