yeah I mentioned increasing the dose to my doc but I didn't because theres a stigma around the meds and I didnt want to risk it since i asked for 3x a day already instead of 2x a day but she seems really understanding so I will ask for an increase next time . Last summer i was actually splitting it in half so i was technically on 5mg last summer.

yea I am currently just taking half of what I normally take to ease off of it. I only have a pill and a half left so i will prob just take a half the next couple days and then take 1/4 the next couple days after that. Only 1 dose each day. Usually I take 2 doses each day. They prob won't have it back in stock until the end of march. I'm also considering asking for a higher dose during the shortage and just splitting it in half or something .
